Important: KeepDeck helps you review and delete items from your photo library. Always review carefully before deletion. You are responsible for your choices.
1) Acceptance
By downloading or using KeepDeck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2) License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
3) Your content
Your photos and videos remain yours. The App processes your media on your device to build decks and enable actions you request. We do not claim ownership of your media.
4) Deletion & responsibility
- KeepDeck may allow you to mark items for review and delete items after you confirm.
- Deleted media may not be recoverable depending on your device settings and iOS behavior.
- You are responsible for reviewing items and confirming deletion.
5) KeepDeck Pro (subscriptions)
KeepDeck may offer a subscription (“KeepDeck Pro”) that unlocks additional features and/or removes limits.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Prices may vary by region and may change in the future, following App Store rules.
6) Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including features and pricing, to improve performance or comply with legal requirements.
7) Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App will be error-free.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRY Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from use of the App.
